We currently offer shipping to the Continental United States for a flat rate of $20.00. Free shipping to the Continental United States on all orders over $150.00 (not including applicable taxes).
TRACK YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, you will receive an email from Blue Banana Market that includes a link to the Canada Post tracking system where all information concerning your shipment will be made available to you.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
At Blue Banana Market, we are proud of the quality and selection of unique gifts that we offer to you, our customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused, non-sale items in their original condition within 20 days (less the shipping costs). We do not accept returns after 20 days from receipt of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a Blue Banana Market return authorization number (RA#). The customer must contact Blue Banana Market to obtain an RA# before shipping the return back to us. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have an RA#. The shipping charges to return an item back to us are the customer's responsibility. For sanitary purposes, please note that earrings, soaps, lotions, and bath salts are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the above information, we will provide you with our shipping address and an exchange/return authorization number. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return or exchange.
